Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it provided you request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a replacement, the product must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

After 7 days from the delivery date, we will be unable to process any replacement requests. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card provider it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank  processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@deepstambhbooks.com.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
